Well one of My Good Friends is A Tenant Here. I Dropped by once and the Hallways are Immaculate, Wide and Clean and Smelling FRESH. However, I Do Hear Tenants Complain, That Their RENT CHEQUES, Management always LOOSES THEM VERY OFTEN and TENANTS are taken to Court, For Not Paying RENT.!!! VERY SAD

I visitted a Friend who lives here. While in the Elevator, I heard the Community Workers, Chatting amongst each other saying that this Building Well, One of them said "Everytime, I come HERE seems like their Spraying for Cockcroaches Monthly" Also it was mentioned that the Building Superintendent is Very Moody, When asked a General Question, Hes Very Rude and then Other times Hes Very Friendly. Which my Friend whos a Tenant here have concured.

From My Experience, seems like the Superintendent Was Friendly to Most people most of the time. There are the Odd Days. However I heard from My Boyfriend who lives here as a Tenant,That The Management will USE EVERY DIRTY Trick in the BOOK to kick you out and make trouble for you, if they DO NOT LIKE YOU.
