good friend lives here but like all my good friends he got some impervious room mate who will from now on forever be the sole reason I cant spend one night there no matter what is going on or how important it is , which Scientology does I know they do they wrote SADOKRMT on the buzzer for the building at Yonge and College where you find the Toronto Scientology org how cruel and this has gone on years

Not a place you wanna live if you have kids, arent a crackhead, junkie or a drunk. The kids in the neighborhood are left to run around and cause trouble cuz no one cares about them. Theres usually pee in elevators cuz the drunks have no respect for where they live. Some of the staff are pretty good but some are there for their own reasons like sleeping with the residents. If you have any issues, theyre ignored even by the management office at 4020 Dundas cuz no one cares. Theyll say "well it is pelham park," like your suppose to accept the b.s cuz you live in housing. Definitely way better Housing buildings in t.o besides this one...
