Huge potential! Last superintendent knew situation. On-site lazy Superintendent is mostly rude, unhelpful to open the lobby, all crack/meth deals damaging the places reputation. One dealer resident has a broken window and broken door, and no one fixes. Nighttime screaming about deals gone wrong. Screaming to Ta**y from the parking area at midnight to 4am. Families live here and deserve safety and peace of mind from dealers, tweakers, cockroaches,(from tweakers) and anti-maskers. And the banned schizophrenic man is still allowed to visit and scream. Have had lots of police presence here! Stop coming here to sell! Antimask Tall man and short woman team are dealers!

The Building is tern upside down, Comparing the old superintendent perfect, the new Superintendent is doing nothing he doesnt clean properly totally , cockroaches everywhere, Elevators are dirty always with this covid-19 Epidemic there is no proper hand sanitizer station or nothing disinfected the door handle so AVOID .

Less than 1 star! A pathetic example of "managements" building over run with crazies and crack heads. Bacically, just pay your rent and zip it. AVOID! Youve been warned!

Prompt superintendent and safe environment. Great neighbors. Would recommend this place to others.

Fairly well maintained. Newest superintendent is doing his best to keep the place in good shape. Hiring a handy man for extra repairs and maintenance might not be a bad idea.
