One star is too much. I attended this place for a tour and although it was fairly clean, the lady running the facility was terrible. She was incredibly rude to everyone around, and the people here all seemed to be afraid of her. Lois Benko was disrespectful and a generally awful person to deal with. I would not leave any loved one of mine at this facility as long as she was there. She needs to find an alternate career where she isnt having to interact with people. Not sure how shes functioned in society as long as she has - stay away from Alexander Court.
