I have lived here since I was 1. 24 years of this place and theres nowhere Id rather be. Perfect little oasis in the city. So thankful an amazing place like this exists

This co-operative, like most has mechanisms in place, developed over many years, whereby a member can address their concerns/complaints and have them dealt with. Perhaps your friends have not taken advantage of that. It is a family co-op. The children have a safe place to play in the heart of the city. I expect there will be noise and toys in the summer months and would be more concerned to hear if it was quiet and sterile all the time. To me - a silent place would be a clear indication that it was not family-friendly. And perhaps not friendly at all.

The person who wrote the negative review is epitome of everything that is wrong with Vancouver. Our friends live here and we visit them frequently and the only noise we have ever heard is in the summer when the children are outside playing and it is far from deafening. It is a family oriented co-op, so if you dont like the sound of children playing, perhaps your friends should have moved into a adult only complex. Ridiculous.
