My daughter and my friends live here I visit often the outer appearance is very clean the mgr ms Wendy the area engineer Glen has gained the respect of all the tenants they have demonstrated the I care about you attitude

The apartments I stay in are of very nice quality for the rent I pay. I have been staying here for over a year and my mom and grandmother have been living in another apartment for a few years, and none of us have had any issues. Safety and serenity are ensured as there are nightly patrols by a police officer who is also the maintenance man. This place is given the moniker of "Friendly Village" for a reason. My air conditioning broke down on the fourth of July after hours and it was fixed within twenty minutes of me calling about it. They are prompt in dealing with problems. The apartment manager is great, she is always willing to help the residents and she is very amiable. Although the apartments are older, they are in amazing condition and they keep updating them. Another huge plus point is that I can't hear everything my neighbor is doing as the walls aren't paper thin. I absolutely recommend this place, having lived in various expensive apartments in different states; this is by far the best one. more ... hide ...
