I would like to thank Chesapeake redevelopment and housing authority for there quick response to my situation the whole team was very helpful and professional job well done

At first I gave a bad review but the Resource center well Mary Riley helped this disabled Man in wheelchair pay my deposit Im greatly appreciated for her doing that and my caseworker Lynn Jordan helped me also oh and Dominique helped too

I can not believe the disregard that the staff at the office as well rental office Broadlawn has for their tenants well being My daughter has tried to no avail to get assistance with the black mold in her unit their only resolution is we will let you I can not believe the disregard that the staff at the office as well rental office Broadlawn has for their tenants well being My daughter has tried to no avail to get assistance with the black mold in her unit their only resolution is we will let you out the lease My daughter and her 3 girls are continuing to have health issues numerous trips to the er If it was so easy to locate affordable housing do you think she would choose to stay Please believe as a family we have offered to open our doors but she is a responsible adult and doesnt want to be burden So why is she being punished for trying to provide her daughters with a safe home Just shameful more ... hide ...

Im a person with alot of disability and in a marriage that I need to get out I went there today and the receptionist says there is NOTHING they can do Housing is full even for emergencies Its sad that basically the door was shut in my face Now what

Ferebee is nasty She does not answer calls very judgemental and I kept phone logs to prove it I called her supervisor Theresa Smith to no avail and reached out to Stephanie Wright and still no call Ferebee needs to be fired
