The lady that answers the 6231111 number is so rude and nonchalant dont care to hear you and just transfer you while youre still taking to the same numbers you been calling and leaving vms and they all say dont leave multiple messages but no one call The lady that answers the 6231111 number is so rude and nonchalant dont care to hear you and just transfer you while youre still taking to the same numbers you been calling and leaving vms and they all say dont leave multiple messages but no one calls back Its so irritating trying to ask one simple question and where to go but you can only talk to a worker that has no interest in talking to you then theyll say they busy with other clients yeah right they trying to get in touch with you all too You have a time limit to finding a place you have to verify it with them first before filling anything out but no one checks theyre vm Now when 60 days yup they think it aint been doing nothing more ... hide ...

Bad experience I am not sure what this agency is doing No communication no calls returned no instructions I say call your state congressman
