I have been so discouraged by the state of the grounds and apartments in the TEBEAU and MLK areas! While it is mainly up to the inhabitants to take pride in their environment, it is certainly the administration and management's obligation to enforce I have been so discouraged by the state of the grounds and apartments in the TEBEAU and MLK areas! While it is mainly up to the inhabitants to take pride in their environment, it is certainly the administration and management's obligation to enforce policies and rules. I have never seen so many stray dogs living and roaming the grounds - is there not a city/county leash law? Is there not a mandatory vaccination law or policy? Is there not a pet deposit fee or a limitation on how many pets, the breed, and size per apartment? Why is it seemingly acceptable to use the yards as a street? This is why the grounds get inundated when it rains. Why aren't vacant apartments checked periodically for vagrants? This happens all the time! Why aren't there traffic signs posted, for example, saying "Slow, Children at Play"? This particular question is for the WAYX City Government - why are there no speed bumps in this area and why hasn't MLK been designated a one-way street? I'm just curious as to why these matters have not been addressed! There are so many more sensible, straightforward issues. Residents, this is your community - take pride in it and take care of it. Most of the time, management views all of you as a paycheck and bonus in their pockets - take back your neighborhood! I am a product of Bailey Heights, and back then we had hope, we once had a management who cared! Thanks and RIP Mr more ... hide ...
