I unfortunately missed the cutoff for getting to the office before they closed, and even if I had made it, the building is closed due to the pandemic. Their current business methods include phone, email, fax, and the like. I attempted to call several times today, but all I got were voicemails, which I left messages on. I'm sending an email too. One person working there, Jan, was incredibly helpful during our conversation. Another employee, not so much. I know that the pandemic has had an effect on countless businesses, so some of this is out of their control. They really need more help in their office, as well as in all the other Housing Authority offices and state run programs. If you have a kind attitude, patience, care, empathy, and a strong desire to help people, then you should consider applying to a job in the Housing Authority! more ... hide ...
