For those in a shelter trying to get help, to be cut off or spoken over is a form of discrimination, particularly if they are of Spanish descent. Do not go to this location, as Katelynn M. Lemieux €“ Executive Director makes sure you feel so discriminated against that it is impossible to get any help. Something needs to be done, and people may start signing petitions to get a fair chance at any housing authority provided by Dchd. No housing authority should mistreat or discriminate against anyone, and if they do, it should be reported, with documents detailing your efforts. Don't lose hope and don't give up to the cruelty and unsympathetic people who run these programs.
