Lady at the drive thru was really rude

Courteous staff and easy to pay drive thru window

Very quick efficient and friendly people First time using them so I hope to continue to enjoy their services as billing time rolls around

I am having issues getting my mail delivered and on my way to work I tried to go through the drivethrough which Ive done many times before without my bill After waiting for the car in front of me to finish I was told they were busy and they were onl I am having issues getting my mail delivered and on my way to work I tried to go through the drivethrough which Ive done many times before without my bill After waiting for the car in front of me to finish I was told they were busy and they were only helping people at the drivethrough who have their bill and I had to go inside which I did not have time to donnIt was a day later and I called to ask how much my bill was so I could drop it in the box after hours and I was literally yelled at by the same lady over the phone This is ridiculous and by far the rudest and worst customer service Ive ever had in my life cheer up you old grouch more ... hide ...
