whoever decided on pumping money into verandas must have been on such a big ego trip that they couldnt see the piece of junk that they were creating brand new construction with cheap 70s fixtures eg single bowl kitchen sinks ice makers you have to whoever decided on pumping money into verandas must have been on such a big ego trip that they couldnt see the piece of junk that they were creating brand new construction with cheap 70s fixtures eg single bowl kitchen sinks ice makers you have to manually shut off dishwashers with a single jet terrible waste of space apparently to make every single unit wheel chair accessible the kitchen is the biggest room in the already tiny unit dumb asses and living room so small you can only fit a single sofa or love seat and recliner see the pic on PGHA website with love seat and recliner cramped together there are no breaks in space ie every single unit is off one continuous hall that must be about 4 football fields long and with hard tile floors you hear everyone going and coming so that it is more like living in a big giant dorm than an actual apartment it is very clear that the housing director who replaced the director who built gulf breeze a very nice public housing complex is not as competent and probably only got their job because of their gender more ... hide ...
