The worst place rude people

I call and call and call my situation is crazy im homeless with my wife and son application his ben in there system I feel as if you need to know someone who works for the city of everett in order to be housed my wife grew up there my son wants to go I call and call and call my situation is crazy im homeless with my wife and son application his ben in there system I feel as if you need to know someone who works for the city of everett in order to be housed my wife grew up there my son wants to go to school there Im really just looking for a chance at a good life we both work hard and there are a few open units that have ben open for a while Were stuggling with jobs in the shelter because everett area is all we know and want to raise our son but it seems as if there is no chance to be accepted its very stressful because we want to raise our son in a great city and everett is that city Its so frustrating to think that you need a connection to live in a city ive supported for years aswell as went to school in i pray everynight that we can be close to family and receive a call with positive news about living in everett more ... hide ...

I called the Everett Housing office to request information on an open case The reception transferred my call to an employee that was extremely rude When I asked her to give me her full name she became suddenly very upset She hung up on me after askin I called the Everett Housing office to request information on an open case The reception transferred my call to an employee that was extremely rude When I asked her to give me her full name she became suddenly very upset She hung up on me after asking to speak with her manager I dont know if it is a training issue or Im wondering if housing applicants are supposed to be treated badly just because theyre getting assistance from the government Personally I think that customer service experience should be the same regardless of your financial statusnWhether someone is rich or poor employees from the housing department really need to learn how to talk or communicate with people in a respectful mannernThanks more ... hide ...
