The erap program is poorly ran They need more workers for the amount of people asking for help The lines are out the door and they are backed up on paperwork over a month They have to do better and have a better system in place

Have reached out to several individuals dozens of times in regards to receiving payment for the guests that were residing at the SureStay Plus Hotel Elizabethtown but am yet to hear back from anyone or receive any type of payment
