I had taken time off of work in order to come to the house in authority and at 425 and employee went and locked the door I dont understand why youre locking the door 35 minutes before closing I called Housing Authority It states that your hours are u I had taken time off of work in order to come to the house in authority and at 425 and employee went and locked the door I dont understand why youre locking the door 35 minutes before closing I called Housing Authority It states that your hours are until 5 PM also online it shows that your hours are until 5 PM I will place a complaint Monday morning Many of us who are recipients are also taxpayers so Im wondering why I am paying tax to pay for someone to leave their job 35 minutes early more ... hide ...

I would rate my experience zero stars, if not negative ten stars! The woman I interacted with, and most of the women I had contact with, were extremely rude, treating me as if I was wasting THEIR time. They didn't offer any help when I was evicted after the leasing staff concealed her mistake, requesting me to sign the lease when I had coronavirus and said she would email it for me to sign. Well, she lied and sent me something else, and I trusted her! Housing didn't help me at all; they wouldn't get involved because it was Irvine Co. apartments. And what happened to the law preventing evictions due to COVID?! I had lived there for three years with no issue with the apartment or the housing, and then, suddenly, my life was turned upside down. I was so grateful to leave the housing because they were making me jump through hoops for no reason besides stressing me out and getting me to quit and disappear. Finally, the last straw was when the lady at housing said I emailed a blank packet (why would I do that?). I know I filled it out, but she wouldn't listen and I know she was lying. I need advice because they wronged me so much! I had such a high level of anxiety, stress, and depression. I feel incredibly cheated and have no one to turn to. I just wanted all the stress to end, so I said I give up. more ... hide ...
