When I relocated to this apartment in February, I had imagined it would be a good fit for me and my kids. However, we experienced a lack of hot water for two months, and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. She only said she was going to send maintenance for the problems with the tub, peeling paint, and water taking up to a day to go out. She kept telling me I was on the list, but when summer arrived, other tenants received better air conditioners while I still waited like a new renter. Recently, she said I didn't pay my rent for August, which I had, and now I'm facing a court date! Unbeknownst to her, I took a picture of the money order when I put it in the drop box, so I have proof. I was going to wait until my lease was up in February, but I found a better place in Oak Park. I urge you not to move here, and always document things with pictures or notes about when you spoke with her, because otherwise they will take advantage. Keep all money order receipts for your records! This place is terrible; there are drunks outside all the time and cars get broken into. When I complained about the roaches in my third month here, Tiffany said to wait until three people had the same complaint before maintenance would come out! That's ridiculous! I lived here from 20162017 It wasnt horrible but its not a place I would recommend to someone I went 2 months without hot water due to a tenant driving the uhual across the grass which made a pipe rupture The landlords did do anything for the inconve I lived here from 20162017 It wasnt horrible but its not a place I would recommend to someone I went 2 months without hot water due to a tenant driving the uhual across the grass which made a pipe rupture The landlords did do anything for the inconvenience My toilet didnt properly flush or work for a month Toooooo many spiders and centipedes Like way too many The gate rarely ever work but you pay 50 for a gate remote The property manager and the Maintence crew is lazy Theyll lack professionalism My bedroom ceiling would leak every time it rained They didnt have any gutters up So the rain would pour down my window which would cause rain to leak through the window It was just a horrible experience all in total more ... hide ...
