They are slack of communication I been trying to reach section 8 and they havent respond to any of my emails or calls

These people are crazy My sec 8 app comes up after 12 years I fill out the papers sent like an application and submit massive amounts of docs yet they need more ongoing for 6 months they ask for more papers we need recent bank statements mail that in These people are crazy My sec 8 app comes up after 12 years I fill out the papers sent like an application and submit massive amounts of docs yet they need more ongoing for 6 months they ask for more papers we need recent bank statements mail that in we need current lease which they have mail that in we need copy of this and that mail that in its something else like a child playing a game cant tell me everything they need all at once they keep scrutinizing they made me fill out a paper declaring the citizenship of children I DONT HAVE Would not accept Non Applicable Had to put US Citizen by birth does not exist Theyre just scrutinizing trying to find a reason not to give you a voucher They dont give you a full list of any additional docs they need Its one thing then youre told its another thing this has gone on for months I said cancel They didnt respect that and contacted my landlord without permission to get lease information more ... hide ...

I had to give a score of one, but I would have preferred to give zero. The staff at this office are very impolite, particularly two ladies who work with inspector Joe. Joe himself is unpleasant and hostile to landlords, likely due to the fact that he I had to give a score of one, but I would have preferred to give zero. The staff at this office are very impolite, particularly two ladies who work with inspector Joe. Joe himself is unpleasant and hostile to landlords, likely due to the fact that he was a failed landlord himself, having sold his rentals several years ago when the market was low. Joe appears to have a vendetta against landlords and makes life very difficult for those who have properties rented out to section 8 tenants from Fitchburg Housing. There have been multiple complaints about Joe, and it is unfortunate that Fitchburg Housing only uses him as their sole inspector for section 8 housing, leaving landlords with no other option. Joe's attitude is arrogant and he is excessively harsh when dealing with landlords. I, as a landlord with multiple section 8 apartments, do not mind making repairs, however I do object to the rude way in which Joe treats me and other landlords. We deserve to be respected.
