These individuals should not be dealing with the most vulnerable in society. One can feel the disdain emanating from them. They are simply there for a paycheck and they make that abundantly clear. The caseworkers are not as hostile, however they do not possess any genuine compassion for those they are meant to help. It is quite evident that they are also there for a paycheck and are not interested if you or your children lack a place to stay or even pass away. Even if you are in need, they will not expedite your paperwork, in fact, they will purposely take longer if they are aware of your dire condition. The caseworkers will not answer and if you try to take it up a notch, they will say they did not know what was going on, even though you kept calling and emailing. The one named Paulo V caused me to miss out on a potential unit as he did not send my port paper. I pleaded for them to just fax it and I got no reply. Later, when it was too late, they responded saying they did not understand what I was on about, yet I have a paper proof from delivering the document to the harsh front desk staff. Even if you have proof, they will still swear on God that they never got it. There is nothing you can do as the supervisors are unreachable. They have a a web portal for customers They dont send out leases even though they do inspections Everyone there is to busy to do their job Inspected my unit over a month ago Told me to come get it Rude as hell
