Gladys has a restraining order in Lake County, while Tamara was apprehended by NCPD and LCSO due to a warrant for strangling someone. Ms. Scott declared she would mail a letter, but the NCHA field officer asked me to contact them if I witnessed any drug activity, and an emergency check would take place. However, Ms. Scott instructed me to not do so, telling me she did not want copies of the assault, videos of the arrest, or any court docket numbers. She had a street mentality and laughed when I suggested she should drug check Alderman Evans. I agree with other people's remarks that NCHA caters to drug addicts and dealers, and Ms. Scott's refusal to accept docket numbers is delusional. She is the problem at NCHA. Deserving individuals wait for vouchers to open and housing to become available, yet NCHA rather prioritize felons and drug addicts, decreasing the value of the surrounding homeowners' property. more ... hide ...

She is the Executive Director, extension 11, and has neglected to respond to my calls to lodge a formal complaint versus her Field Representative, Latisha Scott. Latisha frequently posts on social media about who is obtaining public assistance/SEC 8. This is an unlawful act and a breach of the HUD (Housing Urban Development) privacy act for their patrons. I'm not shocked by her unprofessional demeanor due to her extensive criminal history. This is not the kind of Field Representative that should be trusted to roam through people's dwellings and manage their private information such as SSN/DOB/and Address. I have been informed that somebody with a Felony Charge and Battery Misdemeanor Charges in their record should not be working in this kind of atmosphere. Latisha Scott needs to be fired and I have already presented a formal complaint to HUD to launch an inquiry on Latisha. I am fairly certain she was employed prior to getting these accusations, but now that she is making known personal information on a public site.... She needs to be let go at once. If her Boss is concealing for her, then she should be investigated as well. Kindly do not give Latisha Scott the authority to inspect your home.
