I have lived at 23 Hillcrest Circle for six years nownThe maintenance department deserves alot of credit they keep my yard as beautiful clean cut no matter how hot the days get Just this morning I had a problem with my air and within 30 minutes they I have lived at 23 Hillcrest Circle for six years nownThe maintenance department deserves alot of credit they keep my yard as beautiful clean cut no matter how hot the days get Just this morning I had a problem with my air and within 30 minutes they were here to fix itnThe ladies in the office are so good to me when I have had a problem they definitely take the time to fix itnI feel safe and have a great place to live that I am proud ofnThanks so much to you all more ... hide ...

Wow so make sure when you fill paperwork out and have the ladys there help make sure you list any arrests you ever been arrested for on or off record they told me to not list the ones that was dismissed but then denied me because of it I have 3 kids Wow so make sure when you fill paperwork out and have the ladys there help make sure you list any arrests you ever been arrested for on or off record they told me to not list the ones that was dismissed but then denied me because of it I have 3 kids and need the help I think that lady needs to get in trouble for this its not fair to my kids more ... hide ...

I have lived at the Camellia apartments a couple times I have had a good experience The only thing I have wandered is the rules are put in place to follow Example yards and porches are to be kept clean and clutter free so the maintenance people can c I have lived at the Camellia apartments a couple times I have had a good experience The only thing I have wandered is the rules are put in place to follow Example yards and porches are to be kept clean and clutter free so the maintenance people can cut the yards If you have 1 or more yards thats not clutter free it makes the rest of the complex look nasty and too me that turns people away My opinion only Rules should be for everyone in the complex whether family related or notnFor the most part people tends to stay to their self but you do have some like ever where else likes to put their nose and cause trouble for other innocent people more ... hide ...

Me and my mom lived in one of the apartments run by the housing authority of oneonta and found the people who run it to be kind and professional We had nothing but a good experience over the 7 years we lived there
