When she died, they charged excessively for the cleanup, for the porch lights that were undamaged the night before we gave back the keys - $3.50 per bulb. She had paid the rent for the month on the first but died on the sixth, and there was no repayment for the extra clean up and move out charges (I am confident that was done on purpose). My sister was a neat person, not a slob. She had been living there from 1994 until her death in 2012. The manager of this facility is impolite and apathetic. After the announcement of my sister's demise, during her memorial service (on a Sunday), she asked the secretary to contact my mom to inquire when we would have her apartment cleared (merely three days after her death) - which is highly inappropriate. I have heard several other grievances from tenants concerning privacy and regular inspections of their apartments. One is not allowed to have night visitors. Maintenance workers come in as they wish, etc., and even though they are low-income, they will reject individuals seeking assistance if they have any issues with their credit related to owing another landlord. I moved here in Dec 2014 I can say I truly love it here Its quiet peaceful and well maintained Coming from outofstate I can appreciate the tough rules for a reason I dont care for noise or people hanging out I have lived places where anything go I moved here in Dec 2014 I can say I truly love it here Its quiet peaceful and well maintained Coming from outofstate I can appreciate the tough rules for a reason I dont care for noise or people hanging out I have lived places where anything goes and I am so grateful they dont tolerate foolishness and nonsense here If you follow the rules they have in place you will have no problems As far as guest they tell you in the paperwork you sign what is and is not acceptable If you dont follow the rules than it is simple you face the necessary consequences If you are the kind of person who is rowdy having parties all night constant flow of traffic in and out your apartment then this is not the place for you more ... hide ...
