I have been a tenant of The Bayside Anchor Apartment Building located on 81 East Oxford Street in Portland since October 19, 2020. I am unsatisfied with the disorganized manner in which certain matters are addressed. Unfortunately, there are not enough maintenance employees employed at the Portland Housing Authority, resulting in the building being cleaned less frequently than necessary (for instance, it should be maintained daily or at least three or four days a week). This housing authority should hire a Maintenance/Professional Cleaning company. Recently, this apartment building has been plagued by cockroaches. It would be beneficial if an exterminating company was contacted monthly to spray all of the tenants' apartments. Also, it would be helpful if a list was posted of the office staff at this location, their names and phone numbers, and what situations to contact them for. more ... hide ...

I have dealt with many housing offices in many different townscities in my life and most of them have been full of people who treat you like your subhuman for needing assistance will actively sabotage you or will generally be rude and uncaring This i I have dealt with many housing offices in many different townscities in my life and most of them have been full of people who treat you like your subhuman for needing assistance will actively sabotage you or will generally be rude and uncaring This isnt one of those locations I wouldnt say they are the most cheerful of people but honestly that doesnt matter When I needed help they helped When there were issues that the landlord refused to fix or even address they took them to task They do their jobs and they do them to the best of their ability more ... hide ...

Write to your nearest district or call them Put a complain You can contact your Councilman or Assembly Woman for help Later on take the housing to court always works for me Good luck
