I relocated to one of the apartments in November 2021 and am very content to call it my "home sweet home." All online work orders have been taken care of quickly and effectively. The staff have always been kind and have addressed any inquiries or issues I have had. There have been improvements made since I moved in and the place looks really nice and cozy. Security features such as surveillance cameras and security lights have been installed, which makes me feel secure living alone. There is more than enough parking for tenants and visitors. For those with pets, vets' records and a deposit are necessary but that's no problem. My cat loves having a view of the birds outside to keep her entertained. I relish living here and appreciate having a front porch to sit on in the evenings. The best part is that my apartment features washer and dryer hookup, so I don't need to go to the laundromat anymore. I can only say positive things about living here, the staff, maintenance, and management. I'm glad there's a nice place to call home while living on a tight disability budget. I agree with Chaz Laine about the light bulb I had to have some new light bulbs put in on September 2022 and the maintenance had came in and knocked over my moms porcelain Mouse that came in a set of three and they didnt even let me know a single thi I agree with Chaz Laine about the light bulb I had to have some new light bulbs put in on September 2022 and the maintenance had came in and knocked over my moms porcelain Mouse that came in a set of three and they didnt even let me know a single thing about it I found it laying behind some stuff where they hid it Mike and Wayne need to be fired and have somebody with some sense working here but you can find anybody nowadays its got any sense in their head its more DUH around here When I first moved here back in either 2013 or 2014 I plugged in my surge protector and the outlet through sparks at me so I told them about having to check this out look and they accused me that I was doing something wrong So when they came up here to check it out it threw sparks at them too and they turned instant silent didnt know what to say Shows you how people think they know it all around this Versailles Housing Authority DONT EVER LIVE at Versailles Housing Authority because if they miss something up of yours they wont even replace it more ... hide ...

The place has turned into a concentration camp and the woman that runs the place is racist My parents have lived in the housing for over 20 years with no problem until she came along They cant change a light bulb if it goes out without getting wrote The place has turned into a concentration camp and the woman that runs the place is racist My parents have lived in the housing for over 20 years with no problem until she came along They cant change a light bulb if it goes out without getting wrote up and threatened to be evicted theyve been accused of smoking and they dont smoke A majority of the people that have been evicted are white My parents are in their seventies my mother has health problems and my father has dementia and she is always threatening them threatening to evict them for stupid reasons accusing them of things they havent done This lady is trying to turn this place into a concentration camp more ... hide ...

I moved from Lexington to Versailles with my daughter I can say that my daughter and I are safe The community is free of crime My daughter can play outside with out me worrying I must say the the office and maintenance staff are amazing they go above I moved from Lexington to Versailles with my daughter I can say that my daughter and I are safe The community is free of crime My daughter can play outside with out me worrying I must say the the office and maintenance staff are amazing they go above and beyond for this community Theres always something being done to enhance this community Whenever I need assistance with something in my apartment I call the office and the maintenance manmen come immediately to fix the problem Ive never encountered an issue since I lived here I would highly recommend this community A big thanks to the Maintenance and office for everything they do for this community for making my family feel welcome and safe more ... hide ...
