Unhelpful they dont carenmy friend she cant get help from them and she has a child need help they dont have any place to gontheyre refused without any reason make sense dishonest

They dont care of my friend she has a child and they ask her for old history and the old owner left united states they refused to help her and her child there are homeless now after they took money from her bad stuff bad management

Let me begin with my divorce it left me in a 1200 a month home I needed help and fast I contacted a friend and she said this place was a great place to live as she worked for them Let me start by stating how amazing they were when I was in a horrible Let me begin with my divorce it left me in a 1200 a month home I needed help and fast I contacted a friend and she said this place was a great place to live as she worked for them Let me start by stating how amazing they were when I was in a horrible place in my life Your rent is always based on your income so when you are making good money you need to expect to pay what anyone with your wages are paying in the local area minus that huge electric billnThe staff is amazing I even got my handicapped daughter whos not really my daughter but she tells everyone Im her mom She is living independently with some amazing neighbors that are always watching out for hernI should also add that any problem you have is fixed immediately they even have an emergency after hours line so if say you have no heat on Christmas they bring you heat that day or say its the 4th of July and 100 degrees they dont ever say we will be there on Monday they bring out ac units immediately The grass is almost always cut even in the summer and spring when it needs cut once a week and the crew is so nice Juan the main guy always makes it a point to always say hello and ask how we are Alan our maintenance man is also truly amazing and he cares My husband is very sick and I havent really had any maintenance issues I cant do on my own as we are in a super strict quarantine due to the ultra rare cancer he has Joe who is the property manager has been so helpful also Ashley shes new but always checking on us and all of them absolutely care even down to the receptionist MsMildred I hate to say we will be leaving in the next year as this has truly become home I never expected to live here so long but they truly helped a single momma at the time I moved here Thank you all so muchnnThank you DHS more ... hide ...

When help is needed this department is the best I have never received less than 5 star help
