This place is not recommended. I have been made to pay for repairs, including the failure of the drain in my bathroom floor, which was causing water to back up from every shower and even the sewer. My A/C unit was dirty and clogged, even though I had just moved in. Mold is taking over and it's bad in my A/C unit. We are not allowed to have a bedroom or bathroom lock, which means my toddler can come in on us while we are having sex. They never give you advance notice when things will be done. They rushed around last year to make things look acceptable for the inspection, but if they had kept up with their maintenance throughout the year this wouldn't have been necessary. I caught a maintenance man in my purse one morning when he came to change my filter, and he even lied when I called him out on it even though I saw him with my own eyes! I have also had several pieces of lingerie missing, as has my neighbor. The mowers have caused chips in the windshield of my car and they are refusing to pay for it to be fixed, saying it is "under a contract". If it wasn't for being knocked down when I get money saved, we would have left a year ago. more ... hide ...

I have lived here a little more then five months My Air condition unit has now broken twice today I have had 3 going on 4 visits to my apartment and my apartment is still 80 degrees This is not healthy I work 3rd shift and have not been able to sleep I have lived here a little more then five months My Air condition unit has now broken twice today I have had 3 going on 4 visits to my apartment and my apartment is still 80 degrees This is not healthy I work 3rd shift and have not been able to sleep all day and have to go into work tonight I have had to sit in my car with my AC in my car because I can hardly be in my own home This is just totally un acceptable I am close to tears because its not ok for anyone to live like this I have tried calling the emergency maintenance number several times and have gotten nothing but a fax tone and busy signal I am at a loss right now Im thankful my kids are visiting my mother because I have two children with asthma and one with sickle cell this would be horrible for them more ... hide ...
