No one answers and when someone does they transfer you suppostly to the correct department after that you are sent to voice mail because they never are available They say they will call back but they dont

Im grateful for the help for sure but my worker leaves a lot to be desired in someone u want looking out u n making sure u make the right decisions w using ur voucher or moving or whatever u needthe purpose of a case worker is to guide u with the law Im grateful for the help for sure but my worker leaves a lot to be desired in someone u want looking out u n making sure u make the right decisions w using ur voucher or moving or whatever u needthe purpose of a case worker is to guide u with the laws of housing and making sure u know what to do n when to do it so u can do the right things when needed n KEEP ur voucher as long as u need itam I wrong Otherwise what r u there for if u arent doing THAT PART of ur job Unless of course that is not ur job then MY BADBRING ME TO YOUR LEADER Confused a bit on thizzzat I guess more ... hide ...

I was a walk in and was seen within 10 minutes of checking into the kiosk Employee was informed and efficient

People saying you get bumped on the list for being black or Spanish are delusional racist Im black and Puerto Rican with a child I was on the list for seven years And I was homeless those seven years May I add the case workers are all prejudice and c People saying you get bumped on the list for being black or Spanish are delusional racist Im black and Puerto Rican with a child I was on the list for seven years And I was homeless those seven years May I add the case workers are all prejudice and classist As if you are uneducated or dont know the law simply because you are low income Take pictures of EVERYTHING Record phone calls save every notice Theyre incompetent and have horrible communication skills Ive mailed things and they repeatedly say they didnt receive it Make sure you get tracking numbers and receipts or take pictures of you submitting youre mail in their box because they will claim you are wrong Luckily Ive been thru this many times so I was prepared for complete BS Know youre rights record and so on TRUST ME no one here is caring empathic or give a flying F C K about whats goin on in your life dont trust anyone more ... hide ...
