Perry Housing Authority I give 10 and above stars because its not like any other public housing Ive ever seen The Director keeps the place like it was a privately owned property She goes above and beyond for the tenants She had new mailboxes installe Perry Housing Authority I give 10 and above stars because its not like any other public housing Ive ever seen The Director keeps the place like it was a privately owned property She goes above and beyond for the tenants She had new mailboxes installed and just added new shutters to the buildings and is working on putting up new blinds in all the buildings as well as new address plates She keeps the property grounds well groomed and managed This is a property that I would not hesitate moving into If I were looking for housing This is a community I would jump at the chance to live in its quiet and safe Shes always looking for new ways to improve and make the community better for her tenants more ... hide ...

The apartments are infested with roaches and they dont spray as often as they should Their plumbing is not up to date The maintenance is poor
