Amy is extremely impolite and so is the black lady with the afro at the window. Both these women, particularly Amy, need to be terminated! Amy does not return calls!!! I missed my deadline since I did not know certain information; I had never been in this situation before nor had I ever been on Section 8. I called that place in search of information, and left a message for Amy last Monday at 10am, but she never returned my call. I went there today, to find out that I had missed the deadline which was on Friday. Had Amy responded to my call and politely informed me that I had to come in to update my info, I would have done it that same day. I desperately need Section 8 as I am currently homeless with two children. If these people do not like their jobs, then someone with a heart and compassion needs to replace the staff! I am very unhappy, and Amy should be fired instantly!!! I hope her boss views this and takes action promptly!!! Because she did not call me back, I am unable to even reapply! This is not fair; I am greatly disappointed and action needs to be taken against Amy for her unprofessionalism, lack of work, and lack of sympathy for a single mother who was only looking for information so this wouldn't happen:(!!
