I applied and interviewed for a Housing Specialist position, but it took Danita Austin, one of the program managers, fifteen to sixteen days to respond to me. On August 31st 2022 I received a generic email from her informing me that I had not been selected. I followed up with a question asking if I was overqualified for the position, but she never replied. With my background in social and human services as a direct support, case manager, program manager, program coordinator, and program administrator - similar to her position as one of the MHA program managers - I expected more professionalism.
