My mother lives here I appreciate the building security which helps to know my mom is safe but the common areas of the building are always so dirty I wish the cleaning staff would do a better job of making it look more clean and sanitary

I had an inspector come here to my apartment while dealing with major plumbing issues regarding Sewage and mold backdrafts contaminating bedrooms and my bathroom fully noticeable chemical like fumeand they never once gave attention to it After bein I had an inspector come here to my apartment while dealing with major plumbing issues regarding Sewage and mold backdrafts contaminating bedrooms and my bathroom fully noticeable chemical like fumeand they never once gave attention to it After being in shock at the lack of attention to this issue how bad this is i said were having major issues with backdraft as you can smell theyy said oh not really you might want to put vinegar down the drain thoughand never wrote it up nor addressed it to the landlord landlord also stood right there not at all acknowleding it or trying to get it fixed or inquiring about it 8 months left in severe unhealthy conditions noone caresOne hand washes the otherhopefully agencys look into crooked workers Health is i dont know a bit serious to neglect someones enviroment more ... hide ...

As far as I can tell 240 francis ave is a a horrible place to live Alchoholics crack heads and various other deviants are allowed to do as they please
