As a new homeowner, I have encountered many challenges while attempting to make payments. On November 10th, 2022, I used two separate cards to make a payment, and no one informed me that this was not allowed. On November 10th, 2022, I used two separate cards to make a payment, and no one informed me that this was not allowed. When the payment did not go through as usual, I spoke to several individuals who assured me that they could see the payment, and that due to a holiday the process was taking longer than usual, and that no late fees would be applied. However, I recently received a letter stating late fees were due and would be added to my next bill. When I called today, the person I spoke to refused to acknowledge what was said the last time I called, and was unhelpful. It is wrong for companies to give out different information and then punish customers for mistakes when the information was not made clear. I can promise that when the time comes, I will be removing my loan from KHC. Since the loan was taken over by them in April of 2022, it has been nothing but a hassle. more ... hide ...
