Very poor customerclient servicesnNo one answers phones Emails often go unanswered for days Return calls are brief and uninformative Very unprofessional considering the disadvantaged population they are supposed to serve

Wow I been on the waiting list for 10 years I know Im not from Montgomery county but damn Plus when I call no one answer the phone I been calling for 2 weeks left messages no return call back So overwhelming I wanna move out of Philadelphia
