Applied for Section 8 and even public housing because I am on a fixed income as well as my partner We are currently homeless and had waited months and jumped through every single one of their hoops of the application process only to be told that my s Applied for Section 8 and even public housing because I am on a fixed income as well as my partner We are currently homeless and had waited months and jumped through every single one of their hoops of the application process only to be told that my section 8 application was withdrawn because I never shown up to the appointment to get the voucher but I even begged and pleaded to tell them that letter never came Asked to get a letterhead from the post office due to being in the Knox County area our mail is backed up clear into September Post office refused to give a letter head and I decided to call up there today after noticing while checking my position on handicap housing and public that we were withdrawn from that as well Im sitting here shaking and in tears as I write this because Ive waited and bent over backwards for basically nothing Im still stuck in the freezing cold in a tent with a blind insulin dependent diabetic Shame more ... hide ...

They were fast and gave every detail about section 8 and housing so you can better look for what you need Amazing guys keep up the good work

My grandmother lives in a apartment managed by these people They are the most difficult and some of the rudest people to deal with And they dont take any complaints seriously I would not recommend renting anything from them

I have lived in 4 different apartments all have had roaches but I have a roof over my head good heat and air and maintenance are quick to repair things
