Each Sunday I pay a visit to my mom who lives at Barressi Heights on Pleasant Street. It is high time someone took action and enforced stricter maintenance regulations; it's absolutely revolting! We used to meet in the community room with the family. Each Sunday I pay a visit to my mom who lives at Barressi Heights on Pleasant Street. It is high time someone took action and enforced stricter maintenance regulations; it's absolutely revolting! We used to meet in the community room with the family. Not one of the three restrooms has had SOAP since September! There is rarely any paper towels or toilet paper. The trash is emptied, but the bathrooms have not been wiped down in months! Furthermore, the only floor that has been scrubbed is the main lobby. I have brought this to the attention of Judy, the office manager, on multiple occasions, yet I still see the same waste and the same dirt in the same spots, and still no soap? Additionally, during the recent storm, the ramps were only shovelled once! Residents are not allowed to use the parking lot entrance (staff are allowed), so they were forced to traverse the hazardous ramps. Security called maintenance after the second person slipped, they came at 9:30 p.m. and sprinkled a bit of salt. There are several other issues, like the holes in the ceilings caused by leaking pipes in the restrooms. The lavatories alone pose a significant health risk, but nothing is being done about it by the office management. I look forward to seeing some improvements and thank you in advance. more ... hide ...
