Theyre still not doing in person appointments due to covid but I think thats a good idea but it was a lady that came to the door she was very nice told me what I needed to do to report my income

UNPROFESSIONAL THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A PIECE OF THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES NEITHER THE CASE WORKERS OR THE SUPERVISORS INSTEAD OF HELPING OUT THEY MAKE EVERYTHING WORSE AND HARDER
