Its a nice place n very cheap I believe its the cheapest place n Monroe to rent n apartment The only bad thing is the apartments are very small They allow animals which is very surprising but a great thing since there is mostly elderly living there n Its a nice place n very cheap I believe its the cheapest place n Monroe to rent n apartment The only bad thing is the apartments are very small They allow animals which is very surprising but a great thing since there is mostly elderly living there n they can have a companion Lastly they do have 2 elevators so you dont have to worry about walking up multiple flights of stairs Hopefully this answers any questions you might have more ... hide ...

Bed bugs Went to rent a unit fornA friend who is disabled There was bed bugs in his unit Moved his stuff in on Friday Threw it all out on Saturday I would not suggest this place to anyone I had to give it One star but would not give it any
