m very disappointed in the Housing Authority right now Not handling the COVID 19 ERA VERY WELL I have been trying to reach them since 5520 and have not received a phone call back or an answer to any emails Ive sent them Just trying to get a RTA packe m very disappointed in the Housing Authority right now Not handling the COVID 19 ERA VERY WELL I have been trying to reach them since 5520 and have not received a phone call back or an answer to any emails Ive sent them Just trying to get a RTA packet The worker Ms Debbi says in her notes she sent it by mail and email on 42920 We never got the email or hard cover packet He was finally approved for a Section 8 apartment after looking for months He gave a 30 day notice and had to rescind because no ones calling us back or sending the RTA packets I AM SO HURT FOR MY BROTHER I work from home myself and there is no excuse for this horrible customer service more ... hide ...

I literally called these people 10 times today and everytime i called the call center said the staff was in a meeting and to call back in 15 minutes They did this until they closed I got played

Staff is nice Came down to drop of paper short 5 block walk from Bart Down the street they have nice benches and tables On the side walk
