they watch you with cameras every step you take here your being watched and it aint cause they care about you putting up more cameras as i type so sad its like having gustapos cctv anyone

I have been a client here for many years and the only person that hasnt caused any grief is the wonderful Tracy up front She is the only person there that treats people with kindness respect VHA doubled everyones rent who wasnt working during the qu I have been a client here for many years and the only person that hasnt caused any grief is the wonderful Tracy up front She is the only person there that treats people with kindness respect VHA doubled everyones rent who wasnt working during the quarantine of 2020 have caused me and others irreversible debt undying stress The employees rarely if ever return emails or phone calls Their turnover rate is incredibly high and they NEVER let tenants know when their specialist has left Im about ready to find an attorney because my specialist plus TWO of her supervisors havent called me back in TWO months My previous specialist left and messed up my paperwork after being incredibly rude on the phone I am beyond frustrated and absolutely livid So unbelievably unprofessional not to communicate with tenants Do better Youre are supposed to be fighting homelessness yet I am paying 75 of my income in rent and drowning Me and my disabled son will be homeless by years end more ... hide ...

Im leaving a comment on here specifically to give some praise to one of the employees at Vancouver housing Authority The individuals name is Tracie Baldwin Tracy has gone above and beyond every single time I have called and either left a message at t Im leaving a comment on here specifically to give some praise to one of the employees at Vancouver housing Authority The individuals name is Tracie Baldwin Tracy has gone above and beyond every single time I have called and either left a message at the housing authority or got through and spoken with Tracie Each time Tracie made me feel like helping me in that moment was top priority I felt valued heard and cared about not as just another person looking for this or that answer but I could tell through Tracies words and even more importantly through her actions that I was valued as an individual If there is an award to go out to the number one employee of a nonprofit agency in Washington or even on the entire west coast it should go straight to Tracie Baldwin if anyone else has had the blessing of being able to speak with her or work with her at all they know exactly what Im saying What an amazing hard working consistently caring individual Thank you Tracie Baldwin more ... hide ...
