Where do I begin? To give some context, today is August 11th, 2022, and the application I submitted was in June of 2016. Currently, I am still living in a small camper. Firstly, I was told that the apartments I applied for were not from the housing authority; I assume someone put the wrong information up online. Secondly, I was told I had too much money; I sold some mineral rights that I owned for my kids and bought the camper because it was likely to take a long time. Thirdly, I received a letter saying to come up. I called them three times and left three voicemails, but no one got back to me for a week. So, I called a fourth time, introducing myself as Maria Gonzales. Maria Gonzales' call was returned immediately, whereas my (Alexandra's) three calls were never answered. The lady I spoke to accused me of lying. The level of professionalism was outrageous. The voicemails I left were in December of 2018; I was bedridden due to a severe case of hip bursitis and could not walk. That was the last time I ever heard from them. I believe I learned a valuable lesson, and I hope whoever reads this knows what that lesson is. As a side note, I'm still living in this tiny camper without heat or a watertight roof. I am 62 years old, under the care of a spine disability specialist, and on disability income more ... hide ...

I have been trying to sign up for section 8 housing for a while now and every time I go there to the office its always closed so how do I sign up I have gone to the website but no luck
