I have always had a wonderful experience here. I've been dealing with the Section 8 department for the Housing Choice Voucher program, as well as the inspectors that inspect the property I'm moving into. Miss Angel Barnett has always been helpful in I have always had a wonderful experience here. I've been dealing with the Section 8 department for the Housing Choice Voucher program, as well as the inspectors that inspect the property I'm moving into. Miss Angel Barnett has always been helpful in explaining the program in a way that I could understand; it can be quite complex. She made sure I was clear on everything so I wouldn't be at risk of losing my voucher by misinterpreting something or making an error. Despite the fact that I know I was quite a nuisance, she was so kind and patient with me. It was such a relief to have someone be so kind to me, instead of rushing through and not being sure I fully understood. Mr. Reist is my case manager and has always been there for me, explaining the process and making sure I didn't make any mistakes that could put my voucher at risk. I'm disabled and it's hard to get to the building, so he helped me do everything over the phone, through email and fax. With his and Angel's help, my experience has been absolutely wonderful. The inspectors I've encountered over the years have been professional, respectful, and efficient. I wanted to take some time to express my appreciation for the BCMHA HCV Department and thank them for always going the extra mile. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. more ... hide ...

Everytime u call the number there is NEVER a answer Its very unprofessional and selfish to those who are in need of helpassistance New management is needed this is pathetic

They expect everyone to be tech savvy I messaged them back that I dont know how to print the PDF out and I keep getting the same response I even left a message for Angela Barrett dont know if I will get a reply
