My sister has had the worst experience in her life and she is 60 years old renting through Dodge County housing authority They just do not care about their tenants and she has been broken into time after time and after making numerous police reports My sister has had the worst experience in her life and she is 60 years old renting through Dodge County housing authority They just do not care about their tenants and she has been broken into time after time and after making numerous police reports they have failed to help her or get her out of that building that shes in I have even been in touch with them and they want to meet with us Its pointless they know what she needs and theyre just disregarding her rights and her wellbeing Shes been a mess since she moved in that place and they just dont care more ... hide ...

There are 2 tenants that do nothing but harass and cause problems in the ENTIRE complex but yet we are told there is nothing they can do about it Useless

I live at Harris Court Apartments in Waupun Wi I would highly suggest that you look at many other places before you even start to think about living here especially in building 110 There is a bunch of older people who live there and think they can do I live at Harris Court Apartments in Waupun Wi I would highly suggest that you look at many other places before you even start to think about living here especially in building 110 There is a bunch of older people who live there and think they can do whatever as they please around the building and they are allowed to tell others what they may or may not do around there and management allows it Unless you are one of the people that they allow in their circle they will make your life hell Dont even think about going to management because they will back the special group of tenants When I first moved in the executive manager Donna Braun told me that I should sit down with those people and learn how they do things around here and let them tell me where I could park because they all had picked their parking spots Even though I was told before moving in that there were no assigned parking Donna Braun continuously would not give me a parking spot closer to the door Im handicapped because the special group of tenants had already decided amongst themselves where people would park and were used to coming home knowing they had a certain spot to park in and she didnt want to upset their routine I finally had to go to a outside agency to get a closer spot to the front door And if you have any kind of problems good luck in getting management to take care of them The special tenants even complain about problems and they cant get things taken care of And yes when you first go to look at the apartments they are very nice to you but wait until you have moved all your stuff in and then if the special tenants or management doesnt like you your life has only started to become a nightmare And no I have never had one complaint on my file at any places where I lived before and yes all previous places I lived were mostly made up of elderly people who I got along with just fine I mind my own business and dont bother anyone But the executive manager has allowed a tenant that lives above me to harass me constantly non stop ever since I moved in along with her other special tenants it started just because I wouldnt let her special tenants tell me what I could or couldnt do It has gotten so bad that I have called a committee member and explained how bad the harassment was but he didnt want to get involved It is so bad that my mother who has witnessed all the harassment also called the committee member several times because it is so bad but he said that the executive manager was supposed to take care of problems She allows it to go on for certain reasons that I wont go into detail right now The special tenants of the executive manager are so well known through out the complex that people in the other building know that those tenants run this building and say that they would never want to live in this building There are so many people who live here that say they hate living here but they dont have anywhere else to live This is just a tiny bit of information that Im sharing right now so anybody who is thinking about living here knows a little bit of what life is like around here At the right time I will update this review with ALL the stuff that has happened around here over the past four years and nobody will believe it nor are they going to want to move into a place like this especially when just one thing that happened here will make anybody not to move in here The other little stuff I put on is nothing compared to what I will have to tell at the end of this nightmarennSeptember 2018 just like I have informed management yrs ago that somebody was going into my apt I was ABSOLUTELY rightnnUpdate Dec 2018nnI bought a security camera back then and every single time I would leave I would get notified by the security camera app that somebody was in my apt I would immediately look and all I could ever see was a black screen At first I thought that there was a problem with the camera but then I would start to watch the footage longer and then I have now started finding pictures of the people more ... hide ...

My daughter who is handicapped unfortunately lives at the Harris court Apts in Waupun The executive manager Donna Braun allows a tenant who lived above her to continue going into his old apt and stays up there all day and now has been staying in ther My daughter who is handicapped unfortunately lives at the Harris court Apts in Waupun The executive manager Donna Braun allows a tenant who lived above her to continue going into his old apt and stays up there all day and now has been staying in there at night also He and another tenant has continuously for the last four years My daughter has informed executive manager that she has sevre allergies and the old man who is sitting up in his old apt which he doesnt belong up there in the first place to smoke continuously all day and night her apt smells awful especially in her bedroom where she has to be in most of the time She has been getting sevre sinus headaches and sinus problems every single day and night because of him smoking so much after my daughter informed Donna Braun of the situation She allows her special group of tenants to go into an apt in which they do not belong in the first place to harrass my daughter as much as they please My daughter had to get a security camera and she got a picture of a person going out of her apt Think long before thinking of moving there its not good place Update 442019 my daughter has now found quite a few pictures of tenants and other people inside her apt You can see the people and they are moving furniture around and even has the door propped open on several of the pictures On a couple of the pictures you can see what they are bringing into the apt My daughter has discovered things that have been put into her apt which is not only illegal but also can be considered federal crime Think twice about moving there One thing bought into apt can be dangerous to health and who knows what else was inside the 2 huge duffle bags bought in by a black man along with two other people including one that my daughter knows who it is more ... hide ...
