This agency is a complete embarrassment to the city and its public services sector DO not join the program as a landlord Compared to LA County and the City of LA which takes 2 weeks to process all the lease paperwork after an inspection is complete t This agency is a complete embarrassment to the city and its public services sector DO not join the program as a landlord Compared to LA County and the City of LA which takes 2 weeks to process all the lease paperwork after an inspection is complete they will take MONTHS to pay you and lie repeatedly about when they will get paperwork processed and get you get paid I cant imagine how much abuse program tenants must get from this agencys egregious behavior and outright lack of accountability to what they say As other reviews noted they are very difficult to reach will not promise you anything in writing and will make promises over the phone that they do not keep to get you off their back I hope someone reports them to the HUD the city attorney andor their regulating agency Be warned once you join the program as a landlord and bend over backwards to meet all their requirements you will be strong armed to below market rent and not be paid for months more ... hide ...
