The receptionist has been exceptionally impolite, not taking any interest in the residents. The previous landlord retired and we were not informed of the transition, and they have even sent out illegal eviction notices. The management has done other dubious activities, such as when I asked for a light bulb change, the maintenance personnel broke a glass and injured me with it. The people here are supposed to be the only ones who can park in the lot, yet the staff members leave quickly as soon as they are done for the day, nearly hitting me with their cars like it was nothing. I have filed a complaint with the government and contacted Disability Rights of Ohio due to the old landlord's harassment and discrimination of me because I have a service dog. The management does not do what they are supposed to do, often being too nosy. I asked for my pet deposit back since I no longer have my cat, but it has been over two months and I have yet to receive a response. The new landlord has come to my unit to make sure my cat isn't here, but based on her incompetence, she does not appear to be competent enough to manage the property. I live in housing now they seriously need a emergency number and man broke his key off in his door and couldnt contact housing so the man had to go sleep in park bc he cant get in his apartment until Monday
