Mr. Lonnie and Mrs. Coleman, thank you for your help. I spoke to these people on the phone and was appalled by the way they spoke to me. Martha refused to transfer me to her superior to make a complaint and Mr. Roberts had me on hold from 3:10 to 3:20, refusing to transfer me, stating he was a director and I could speak to no one else then he hung up on me. This all happened on 3/5/2019. I've been continuously communicating about a problem I'm currently having with no results. The employees at the Annie Coleman office on 5125 NW 22 Ave are the worst to work with. My cousin a few years ago made a complaint on my behalf because he was a witness to their conduct and these people still have their job and position, but they're not doing their job. I have other issues concerning things they did and if brought to the news, this department would undoubtedly be under investigation.
