I utterly DESPISE the minuscule grates through which you have to speak and listen; especially when there are several other client/staff dialogues taking place.I'd practically stake my SSI check that everyone else detests it as well!As far as my face- I utterly DESPISE the minuscule grates through which you have to speak and listen; especially when there are several other client/staff dialogues taking place.I'd practically stake my SSI check that everyone else detests it as well!As far as my face-to-face encounters, I had some issues with having to bring in paperwork that I had already turned in, but apart from that, generally, they have been courteous and supportive.I endure memory issues and disarray due to medication so I definitely need help and forbearance from staff when I visit the office or when I make phone calls. That is essential!When I have to make phone calls, I always ask to converse with Teri. She has been very acquiescent and explicit when responding to any questions/befuddlement that I have brought to her for elucidation. She is succinct in describing precisely what I have to do and is very understanding with me as I take down notes. She is also tolerant when I have to restate everything I wrote down to her to validate the correctness and my understanding of the situation at hand.I would give them 5 stars, but I can't because of the paperwork mistakes by the front desk staff (losing paperwork I've already brought in, etc). Plus, those minuscule speaking/listening grates in the plexiglass!I must also add that going in with a favorable attitude has been advantageous for me. more ... hide ...

Terrible attitude poor customer service they act like they are paying for everything I do not recommend this program It is a waste of time and money Please rethink applying to them and try a different program perhaps a different state

When you call theyre very short and rude treat you as less than Also your numbers on the waitlist go up and down constantly Mine went from 135 to 755 to 495 back to 505
