This post is in regard to Ash Street Apartments 1170 Ash St Denver CO 80220 managed by CONAM Management Group Porschia Kerns and overseen by Denver Housing Authority I would like to bring to your attention the current state of the premises and its ap This post is in regard to Ash Street Apartments 1170 Ash St Denver CO 80220 managed by CONAM Management Group Porschia Kerns and overseen by Denver Housing Authority I would like to bring to your attention the current state of the premises and its appalling conditions CONAM Management Group replaced the previous group on December 1st 2022 and there has been no cleaning or maintenance since The lobbies and stairwells of the building are covered in urine coffee soda dirt and other debris The lack of cleaning and overall care for the residents and building is evident It is embarrassing to step foot in the building I suggest that someone of authority visit Ash Street Apartments to see firsthand what the residents here have to endure on a daily basis Please dont ignore them like this management team so clearly doesnnJuan more ... hide ...

Unresponsive and unapologetic toward people in Section 8 housing and their neighbors Leadership of the housing authority has little to know authority over the people they are renting to It is nearly impossible to have anything improve unless some sor Unresponsive and unapologetic toward people in Section 8 housing and their neighbors Leadership of the housing authority has little to know authority over the people they are renting to It is nearly impossible to have anything improve unless some sort of high crime happens at the house and the police are sitting right there to witness it Many of the properties are in disrepair and people who are staying in the housing can stay there for 20 or 30 years without any motivation to move out The purpose of the program is really difficult to understand There is a reason why new spots do not open up in the section 8 houses as the people who currently live there are not required to ever move out Taxpayers dollars going to longterm housing is beyond the payal Wouldnt it make more sense that these houses would be for people trying to get back on their feet and once they do they move out Its not the case in Colorado Springs more ... hide ...
