Cedar Gardens management appears to only enforce rules when they select to do so. Furthermore, she has 3 additional people living with her that are not specified on her lease. One of them is her fully grown son, who works over 50 hours a week. She is taking advantage of Metro West, the housing authority, and obtaining financial aid for her electricity bill even though she does not require it. Additionally, she is permitted to smoke cigarettes in front of my residence despite the fact that I am on oxygen and it could potentially blow up my apartment. Not to mention the smell that lingers on my bedding, clothing, and prayer rugs. However, it seems as if this is okay. She has been here for 25 years, creating trouble and being a gossip. The management tolerates this as well. I feel like I'm living in a middle school and the management permits it, even though she is violating the lease. Evidently, this is acceptable if management likes you. I spoke to Kim from Metro West today concerning Barbaras son living here with 2 child abuse charges that breached his parole. As well as how Barbara manages to get away with whatever she desires. Kim was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation, which I was incredibly grateful for. more ... hide ...

I have only had great interactions with Metro West Housing Solutions and feel all the negative one star reviews below do not represent them accuratelynnI never expected to find myself in a situation where I desperately needed help finding a place to I have only had great interactions with Metro West Housing Solutions and feel all the negative one star reviews below do not represent them accuratelynnI never expected to find myself in a situation where I desperately needed help finding a place to live As everyone knows Colorados housing and rental market is very competitive and there simply isnt enough inventory anymore From the moment I walked in the front door of their corporate office I was met with both goodwill and great advice and resources I continued to experience this as I toured many of their properties and met many wonderful property managersnnOne thing I have consistently experienced throughout all the locations is a genuine desire from staff to help those in need get back on their feet and have productive and fulfilling futures They really do care They have done the same for me and I do truly appreciate your kindness and support more ... hide ...
