Mrs Crawford is amazing She is very attentive and prompt Her and her staff truly go the extra mile She went above any beyond with assisting my parents with things that they needed and always kept us informed on next steps

This place here is a mess They like to close your case and do not inform you You can never speak to anyone on the phone You cant speak to your worker in person Been trying to find out what information I need to turn in but I can not reach anyone Ive This place here is a mess They like to close your case and do not inform you You can never speak to anyone on the phone You cant speak to your worker in person Been trying to find out what information I need to turn in but I can not reach anyone Ive emailed no response I guess I will have to contact the state representative office to see if they can reach someone Its ridiculous and sad Been waiting on my voucher for almost 2 years and each time its always something Now all my fees are paid now I cant reach anyone and still waiting to be moved into a 3 bedroom that I have suppose to have been in since 2019 An investigation need to be put in place to see why is it they have all these complaints more ... hide ...

Very slow no one answered the door to help us for at least 45 mins Paperwork that was sent weeks ago was just looked at yesterday and other paperwork they claimed not to have been turned in to them they found weeks later
