I applied back in June and it's now September. After I contacted the Governor's Office, I was given a resource. I am aware that there are many people who require assistance and a lot of applications are being processed. I comprehend that. I was told I applied back in June and it's now September. After I contacted the Governor's Office, I was given a resource. I am aware that there are many people who require assistance and a lot of applications are being processed. I comprehend that. I was told after waiting for numerous months that I was approved and it would take 7-10 days for it to reach my landlord, yet they still say nothing has been sent and the fees continue to increase even with me making payments. The media stated it was funds to help those affected. People rely on the assistance and the word of the authorities, yet if it is not occurring as they said, they should not be giving people false hope. As of now, it still says "Application Under Review", but before that it said "Approved for Payment by Reviewer", yet nothing was sent. The main reviewer has to do a final review which I was informed would happen within a day or two, yet nothing has happened. I was told I would be given an update on the Monday coming, however the communication has been great. It is depressing because one does not know if this is really a resource to help or not. I generally do not post about my negative encounters, yet maybe this will attract their attention and get a response and the help which was promised to me. They should make it known how difficult it actually is to get the aid, with it having to go through these approvals with this person and that one. Despite all more ... hide ...

I worked with a lady named Elizabeth Garcia she was a godsend helping me along the way with a few bumps in the road but it came through much appreciated I will never forget her professionalism and help God bless her
